Tergar Retreats supports global, sustainable meditation retreats. We work within the Tergar lineage, using the Joy of Living and Path of Liberation materials, under the guidance of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. We offer courses and retreats that are secular, offering authentic instruction for anyone wanting to learn meditation, as well as Buddhist programming. We currently support two retreat centers in Portugal, the Karuna Retreat Center in the south and the Podentes Retreat Center in the north (opening 2026).
